Bluerider W'ldo

W'ldo (formerly Waldo) is the fourth living legitimate son of Lord Morgav of Cibola, and the first by his second wife Listella. Like all of his siblings he was well-educated, but he showed much less drive than any of his brothers. When he was fifteen, Morgav named him heir, much to everyone's surprise. Waldo didn't know why his father did this, but he did know he wanted no part of it. He ran off soon after, and a Turn or so later he was Searched to Kadanzer and Impressed his blue, Valdath. He proved to be an excellent Threadfighter, but in his five Turns at the Weyr he soured from his formerly cheerful self. He now flies with Flamewind Wing under Wingleader R'mal.

Origin / Inspiration:	W'ldo was created by someone fairly early in the club's history as a sympathetic character, probably by the same person who created Lord Morgav but I can't be sure. He was supposed to be the noble son who ran away from an evil father and ended up at the weyr. Bleck. He's much more fun as a villain.
What he most wants:	To be feared and recognized as someone who is not to be trifled with.
What he most fears:	That his father will find some way to strike at him, even at the Weyr. He'd rather die than admit this, though.
If he lived on Earth:	W'ldo would probably be a small-time con artist, though I'm not sure how successful he would be. Or else he would be a disliked son of a business tycoon, trying to work his way up in the corporate ranks while having all of the prejudice and none of the protection, and hating everyone around him because of it.
